Родился в 1936 году, член SV с 1959 года. Владелец питомника "Норисванд". С 1969 года судья по рабочим качествам. С 1979 года судья по разведению. С 1960 года и по настоящее время - председатель местной группы Хайбах. С 1984 года - кермастер.

I have been a member of the Verein fьr Deutsche Schдferhunde (S.V.) since 1959. In that same year, my kennel “Zwinger von der Noriswand” was registered with the SV breed registry. Currently I am the first chairman of the Ortsgruppe Haibach which is located in the region of North Bavaria. I have held this position since 1960. I was appointed by the SV as a working dog judge after my training in 1969. In 1979 I was named a conformation judge and finally, in 1984 I was appointed Kцrmeister. I have had the opportunity
to judge Sieger Shows and large dog events in both breed conformation and working dog trials throughout the world. Most recently I judged the 1998 Sieger Show in Nьrnberg. As a breeder for 40 years, I have bred 338 litters with approximately 2000 puppies. There have been many VA dogs from the kennel “Zwinger von der Noriswand” that originated domestically and abroad. Zwinger von der Noriswand has been named World Sieger (Weltsieger) and Vice Sieger in progeny competitions. Our dogs have been
introduced very successfully in Sieger Shows. In 1999 the kennel was transferred to my son Bernd Rьckert and has continued to have great success under his guidance. The kennel von der Noriswand became the 2005 Kennel Group World Sieger at the Bundessiegerzuchtschau in Ulm, Germany.
